GPAR -Xiengkhuang Governance project will use Lao software

The IT specialist will use Lao software such as Xangdao (OpenOffice), Salika Email Client, and Laonux for to allow officials communicate and use in the official for writing document and etc. Officials will have opportunity to be trained how to use the new Lao Unicode font and how to use the applications and the new Operating System- Laonux- as well.
